Hi all,

anyone have a problem with their rear bumper discoloring?

I have a 2003. Never in an accident and am finding the lower middle

section has blotchy spots. Looks like they are lighter than the rest.

anyone else find they are having this problem too?

any fix for it?

What I hate about the bumper is even if its bumped into slightly it will show stress marks in the plastic. you can try to use some products to hide it but the plastic is stretched hence the marks.

I was just looking at mine this morning and saying why is it fading like this?!

Have you spoken with the dealer to see if they will replace the bumper? I will have to try the mothers as well.

Picked up the Trac from the dealer yesterday.

Have 38785 kms (24101 miles) on my 2003.

Last check before warranty runs out.

Bumper was one of my questions.

They tell me that since I have the Line of Fire lights, I modified the rear bumper and will not touch it. I have to go back to them and discuss some more.

Interesting what they found. Ball joints needed replacing (under warranty).

Brake fluid dark - s/b flushed and replaced. Tranny fluid O.K. but transfer case fluid very dark. (I had them change the transfer case). Brack pads all O.K. too.

Only 2 things they had to order parts for was the lumbars in the front seats. Both not working 100%. Drivers looses air, passenger pressures it up only sometime.

Rear passenger headrest had a broken spring inside. parts ordered.

This is the first time to order parts, fixes etc. so have fingers crossed that will be all for a while.
