Do you know what this symbol means?

According to the article linked below, it's a low tire pressure warning. But that's not what it looks like to me.

Whenever I look at it, I think it means "your ass is so big that it's going to break the car seat".

:banana::bwahaha::banana::bwahaha::banana:

Any other creative ideas as to what it's depicting?

Tire pressure warning. It is alerting you that one or more of your tires may be low.

Some vehicles use a similar system to indicate that the traction control system (or Stability Control system) is turned off.

I guess some cars could use this as a warning that your ass exceeds normal load limits for that seat...or you are driving like an A-hole and you should kiss your ass good bye..:grin:

I got this one in my van recently, never seen it before:

I immediately pulled over to have a better look at it . Aaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrggggggggghhhhhhhh !!!! it's the dreaded " YOU'RE SCREWED" light ! ! :bwahaha:

A message from the Obama Administration I surmised! :cry::cry:

It's kind of a "Droodle". If you are not familiar with the term, google it.

Basicly it's a simply drawn graphical joke. The first book of Droodles was done by Rodger Price back in about 1954...They are absolutely hillarious!

OK, Steve, if it's not "screwed the pooch", what is that warning actually supposed to indicate? Is it a tire puncture? (Seems like a screw in a wheel, ,although it's awfully high on the side of the care to be that.) Is it that you're out of gas? (Looks kind of like a gas fill cap location, but it doesn't really look like a pump nozzle.) Or what?

Does not it mean to check your gas cap?

Most STs have a light for that purpose, only it actually reads "Check Gas Cap" instead of some asinine symbol.

I remember the days when buttons and lights said what they meant, instead of making us read hieroglyphics. :throwup:

Shoot, back in "the day" even GM labeled its AC buttons with actual words (imagine that), and if you selected a mode (such as defrost) which utilizes the AC compressor, an indicator telling you that the AC was engaged would also come on.

(As opposed to the ST where one must scour the manual to find that High + Low vent mode & Defrost mode utilize the AC, and that only the Head only and Foot only vent options do not)

Worse is with these asian cars (Honda & Toyota), there are so many hieroglyphics that I need a durn Rosetta Stone to parse them all. What, are they all doing it to make cars even cheaper to export to other countries?
