Does the 2007 Sport Trac have a Transmission cooler on it?

Hello:

I have a Question....

I own a 2007 Sport Trac V8 Limited that have the class III towing package on it.

I bought a 2007 Freedom Spirit 18.5 travel trailer. It weighs about 5300 loaded with

supplies and food. Ford claims that the 4x2 V8 Sport trac can tow between 6800-7160 pounds

I was wondering if my Sport trac has a Transmission cooler on it or would I need to have one put on it. If It already has one on it does any one know where it is. I have looked and seen a small raditor looking thing on the left side infront on the Main Raditor, it that it??

Yes its the small radiator thing that you are looking at. All of the Gen2 V8s have tranny coolers on them... If i'm not mistaken, all of the Gen 1 ST have them as well.

Chris, that's it. Gen 1s have them also.

If it is like the Gen 1 STs, it's ok, but not enough. I installed a second tranny cooler and the tranny temps are really better than with just the factory one, especially when towing.
