Door Panel Removal for Gen 2

I did a search and looked through the projects, but this has never been addressed in detail. I did see a message a few months ago that said they would post a project when they replaced there speakers, but I can't find. Please provide as much detail as possible if you have this info. The generation 1 panel is quite different. thanks

There are screws at the bottom of the inside door panel to remove and the plastic cover on the armrest needs to be removed with screws under that to remove. The biggest difference between the Gen 1 and Gen 2 is that the panel lifts upward and then out to release from the door after the screws are removed. The Gen 1 snapped outward. There are a couple of connectors for the electrics that also should be disconnected.
