Door panel removal

I have an 04 ST that I am trying to take the door panels off of. I read the meber project, but I cant seem to find the two screws above the door handle that the project refers to. I noticed that the ST used in the project is a different year then mine so I was wondering if there were changes made to the way it is secured to the door. Thank you for any help you can give.

I have a 2004 also, the 2 screws are located behind the door lever. There is a plastic cover panel located behind the handle, you need to pry off, I used a small screw to due this. It is the same on all the doors. There is also 2 screws at the bottom of the front doors. Hope this helps
