Door weather stripping / windlace

Does anyone know where I can get a replacement windlace for the drivers side door? From the cab flex, mine seems to have worn and torn just below the lock assembly.

I bought on from my local ford dealer for about $35.00, but I saw some universal in the JC Witney catalog that looks just like it.

Mine is on order from the dealer- last warranty visit. The old one was rotting and fell apart.
