    I have C.O.P.D. in other words bad lungs . If my air bag would ever go off in my face the powder in my lungs would not be good . I would like it disconnected . I know its not lawful .

    Disconnect your battery, Remove the air bag ( 2 screws on each side) then unplug it.. leave it unplugged and Re install the horn.
