driver seat

I am having issues with my driver's seat. I have read other posts that you can order new foam for the seat but have not seen anything about the wire assembly. I pulled the seat apart and the foam seems to be ok, but under the foam is the wire assmebly and it broken making the seat squeak whenever i shift my weight. It is broken on the door side from getting in and out of it. There isn't any support left under the foam on that side. Is there an easy fix or can i purchase just that part?

I don't think the seat bottom springs are available separately from the seat base. You didn't post any info about your Trac though. Add that to your profile or include it in your posts so we can assist you better.



Salvage yards seats are reasonably cheap. Check them out in your area. These seats are a snap to disassemble and reassemble. I'm speaking of Gen 1's.
