Howdy all!
I recently bought an '08 V8 4X4 ST. Took it to my mechanic, and he said the driveshaft, which is a two-piece design, is about to 'die' on my truck. He said that no one wants to work on the driveshaft in our vehicles, at least no one around here. Said they're a train-wreck.
I THINK it's the same two-piece driveshaft that I had on my 2008 Mustang (at least, I think it also had the POS two-piece). Anyway, anyone have any advice about the driveshaft on these trucks? Evidenly, mine's about shot;. it's a V-8 4X4, but I've never used the 4x4. But, evidently, it's about to completely crap out on me.
Any suggestions?
