How would a magnaflow dual exhaust sound a 2004 v6 sport trac. I was told it wouldnt sound that great on sport trac just because its a v6. Is that true?

This might give you an idea of how it will sound...

I have a Random Tech ypipe/cat with a 3"in/dual 2.5" out fabbed tailpipes I made from other exhaust pipes I had. Most people ask if I have a V8 or V10 in it. A buddy of mine has a V10 in his F-350 and they sound exactly the same cruising down the road at 25mph, he stopped one day and had to look under the hood. Didn't sound nowhere as nice with the stock ypipe and cats.

I have the RT-y-pipe and the magnaflow single cat back. I had the tip changned and rerouted from side to rear to the rear. It sounds very good. Nice rumble and no loss of low end torque.

I should add. Even with single out, the SCT calibrater lets me peg the speedo.

Ryan, yes I do like it a lot. When I tell people it's a V6 they are surprised. I have the RT Y pipe, and hi-flo cat with the magnaflow 50. I am going to change out the muffler and the two tail pipes to all stainless steel. The guy who made the first set didn't do it all that well.
