Early '07 iPod solution

I have a 2007 Sport Trac that was built before they started putting the audio jack on the panel. Does anyone know of a good iPod solution? It has the AUX port on the radio where the Satellite radio hooks up. Do I have to get something like the AUX-BOX? Is the Ford TripTunes available as an aftermarket product? I don't like FM modulators. You have to find a good frequency to use, and still the quality comes and goes.

Try this as well, don't have this in my 07, but have a Grom unit for my Mazda 3 and it works very well for connecting an ipod nano to the OEM radio, retaining steerwheel controls as well.
