Just a note to my fellow members about an ebay thief. I purchased a license plate backup cam from this guy on ebay after I asked him a question about it. When it arrived, it was plastic chrome instead of metal like he said. So, he said send it back for a full refund. Well, after weeks of waiting, and no more email response I had to file a claim with PayPal because no refund was sent and his phone is disconnected too! At $25 loss to PayPal to boot. His name is:

Gary, sorry to hear what happend to you but thanks for the warning. Was the money taken from your bank accout, paypal balance, or credit card? If it was credit card they will get your your $25 back. Either way at least it wasn't a total loss for you.
