electrical issue

We have an 04 sport trac xlt and we have read several different posts about the issue we are having.
The radio, side windows, rear window, and sunroof all cut out. When one cuts out none of the rest will work also. The power cuts off and then comes right back on sometimes so fast that the radio doesnt even turn all the way off. But also will cut off so fast that radio doesnt even gut all the way on then cuts off again. Some times it will do this non stop and other days will just do it once and then be done. Even had days it didnt act up at all.
What are some ideas of a way to fix this?

Have not noticed any issue with the fuel gauge or anything else just the radio and windows.
Its my sons truck and after I just talked to him he did say the gas gauge doesnt seem to be working right also.

you will be surprised what actually goes through the Instrument cluster.... the truck will not run without it.
