Had to replace auto trans in a 05 and now gauges, windows, radio don't work also key is getting stuck in the ignition.Could all this be related to linkage issues of some sort.Any ideas??. Thanks.

The key is a seperate issue. The electical could be a weak battery. Especialy '01 to '05 Tracs. Have it tested.
