I fought the 16.01 to 16.14 range untill the last run of the night !!!!!

BROKE a 15.991 !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am happy with that and the truck weighed in at 5582 Lbs !!!!

Only performance mods are the Modified intake, TB and Exhaust !!!!!

Time for an XCAL !!!!!!!

I will let Bob and Gary post their times if they like.....

Nice going Todd! :haveabeer:

Curious how your 60 foot times were? And, did you run with overdrive off and traction control off?

Any chance you could post photos of your time slips up in your Library?

I'm yet to take my beast up to Lebanon Valley Dragway, which would now have to wait until the Spring. Sounds like a great time you guys had. Thanks for sharing! :supercool:

Charged,

I will post the slips later when i get home....... Gary and Bob saw the slips..... I have no problem backing up my words...

I did try with the TC off and ON the 4wd LOCKED or in AUTO....

The 2 fastest times were the as is configuration.... all wheel drive AUTO and TC on...

I power braked the light 3/4 throttle and got no tire noise, at full throttle I wheel hopped the tires....

Hope that helps..

This was FUN, glad to have met Todd and Gary there. I haven't run on the track in many years so it was a slow re-learning process. Got caught sleeping at the light on the first run. But hey, it don't matter, they only time you from light to light. The truck ran well, I was playing with the traction control, but it didn't seem to make any difference. Ya'll have to see (and hear) Todd' Adrenelin in person, niiiiice. He could have washed it though!

Ok here goes:

Best R/T: .676

" 60': 2.374

" 1/4: 16.309

" MPH: 84.50

Truck weighed in @ 5352lbs with me in it(246lbs).

I was the slowest of the three of us:cry::cry: Hey at least I'm honest! Again, lots of fun. Will have to wait until next season to try again. Now, wheres that damn nitrous catalog..... Bob

Thanks bob..... I knew I would be busted on how dirty the truck was... LOL

Did Gary's Toyota turn the 11 second 1/4 mile runs he always brags about?:bwahaha:

Thanks for sharing Todd and Bob.

Todd - not to fear, I'm not doubting any results. Merely trying to be a student of what your guys experience was and what you had on\off before my first attempts next spring at the Valley. Reaction time comes with a ton of practice. In a Test and Tune run for me its optimizing the take off, then getting to 60 feet as quick as possible, and not spinning the tires. Tips and tricks for these ST v8's are valuable. Hard to get a rhythm in 3 runs. Improving each run is super. I use to hit the strip with the Mustangs I've had. It was a ton of fun. :supercool:

It would be a blast to make the drive down from Albany, if you guys had any thoughts about maybe doing this again in the Spring. Have like a mini-meet? It would be nice to see how the Saleen Sport Trac would hold up and meet you guys since I couldn't make the Kentucky meet.

Joe

Slips........ Not to shabby..... LOL....

Best run is TOP LEFT.... 15.991

I have to agree with this statement. No matter what you bring, it is always nice to run at the track.
