Wow, I can only imagine how upset people would be. I have been to many car shows and the work and detail people put into those cars is amazing. I myself dropped $6k in my eclipse and it wasn't even remotely close to half the cars at the shows I have been to.

We had a contractor painting a Blue water tower cover cars for about 3-5 blocks away with the spray.....



It was close to 500 thousand dollars in repairs..

I worked in a paint shop for awhile and they did some outdoor jobs but if I remember right they never had any prob w/that. Seems to me the paint always dried by the time it got close to anything.

If it was paint it should be obvious, and if it was latex paint it could be buffed out.

I used to paint as a side job. Simple rule when spraying outdoors was not to spray on a windy day. Many painters aren't smart enough to figure that out.
