exhaust system upgrade

What is a good exhaust system upgrade for the sport trac? I'm looking for better sound and mileage.

Should find out if it is better to go with a cat back sysytem or or from the y pipe i dont know the benifits.

For sound and performance is one thing. For milage only, the cost of the system will never offset the milage gain.

I have the RT CAT & Y-PIPE and the Magna-Flow Exhaust. Its great with sound and performance, but you can't always get Mileage with the other two added also. I love the sound and the get up and go. Its also all Stainless Steel.
