Well, I was hauling some skids up to the cabin this weekend, and even though I put a couple of blankets on the tonneau, there must have been a nail sticking out and it punched a little hole in my cover (about 3/4" wide and 1/2" deep). Has anyone tried repairing something like that? I was thinking of melting some hard black plastic and dripping it into the hole. Any other ideas?

I would look in the auto parts store for a vinyl repair kit, like used for vinyl car tops, black in color, and use that.

Oh, and next time when hauling do yourself a favor and take off the t-cover.
