(edit) Actually, they look like 20's. Tire to fender gap looks just right, not too high nor too low IMO. That's not stock height is it?

thank you all for your amazing comments. griff thx a whole bunch. i get alot of looks and remarks in my town. flip, that is stock hight, i placed the original tire beside it and its a little higher, nothing too big. the rims are by verge and the tires are by hercules they are 275/45/20. it runs great, smooth ride, not rubbing or anything. victoria tire is the best. i recommend them.

Proof that pictures don't do actual products justice. I've scoured Victoria tires many times and did not find too many that I liked, including the one you got ( I knew they looked familiar...Verde Splice), but they look great on the Trac! Congratulations, good choice! Dammit, those guys are local too and give discounts for straight cash payments. Too bad I just invested in new tires for my 16s.
