First time changing the lower arms and tie rods...

Lower control arms were toast (mainly the bushings, see pic) and there was some play in the outer tie rods. It was my first time doing this type of work on the trac, well any vehicle I've owned...Everything turned out good, even alignment shop said they didn't need to do much adjusting, pretty much spot on. Took a total of about 6hrs to do. Started on the tie rods the night before and finished everything else in the morning. You definitely need the right pickle fork to knock out them ball joints, ended up having to borrow a neighbors.. Thought I'd share...
