I saw a YouTube video on this install a couple of years ago and decided to replace mine. Sorry, but I've lost the pictures I may have taken, but here's what it looks like. The new shifter is not expensive and it's not a bad DIY. You do have to change the connection for the OD switch. In my opinion the Flex shifter looks much better than the original.
