Fog lamps

On my 07 ST there is an insert for Fog lights.. It did not come with fog lamps from the factory. I want to put some in there. Does anyone know 1, it is an easy job to install? and 2 where i can get these fog lamps? I have called around to some places and Ford told me 500 bucks for everything but labor. I said HELL NO not for fog lights. I found some lamps on Ebay but i am not sure how easy of an install it will be. Does anyone have any experience with putting them in??

A fair amount of others have installed them in the earlier model, but i am sure it is the same premise.
