Fog light and bright light issues...

I purchased my 04 a few months back and the fogs didn't work. Found broke wire under air box that I repaired and got fogs working. But now whenever I engage my fogs it also turns on my bright lights. I've replaced , bulbs, light switch and multifunction switch. No changes. Any ideas?

Got to be another wiring issue under that air box, or a bad relay. OR some one rigged it to do that.

I've honestly stripped the whole harness in that area and can't find anything. Changed out all the bulbs last night with new ones and no change. I've read about people jumping the ground leg on the relay to have fogs and brights at the same time but I don't see where that's been done on this truck. I'm thinking about just pulling the bright light fuses until I get it figured out

yeah, sounds like something deeper is going on, or foul play..lol
