Got to wonder about Ford. They have slowly added almost every vehicle they made from 92-02 to this recall list. Did they purposely delay a lot of these recalls because it would cost them to much? I used to own a 97 Expedition that was recalled and when I asked the dealer if I should change out my 2002 ST's switch (they looked identical to me), he said not to worry, my ST was not on the recall list. I went ahead and unplugged it just in case. A year or so later it was recalled. One has to wonder how many incidents there have been between adding vehicles to the recall and why did they produce this defective part for so long? I love my ST. Best vehicle I have ever owned but this latest recall raises a lot of questions.
