Ford Explorer ST DVD, GPS,NAV Stereo deck

I saw online a this unit,Model # WAH09L002. It is actually a ford unit. It would replace my stock radio/dcd player in my 09 ST. Anybody out there have one of these installed?

If it is a genuine Ford unit, you may have to have the computer reflashed with as-built data from an identical truck with factory nav. We've run into that a couple of times here at work.
