Here is what came in the package for the front splash guards: Two molded splash guards, four metal screws, and two plastic screws.
When the appropriate splash guard is placed up against the wheel well, you can see that the top and bottom holes match existing screws in the wheel well. I simply removed the existing screws and installed the splash guard with the new screws. For the middle screw hole, I had to drill a hole in the wheel well. I think it was a 1/4" hole. I then pushed the plastic screw into the hole. I have highlighted the screw locations below.
That's all there is to it. I followed the same procedure for the other three splash guards. Here a picture of the final result.
