Ford's number game X-plan / Invoice prices

I just looked up what I paid for my 2001 ST vs my 2007 ST with about the same options.The x-plan /invoice prices are not as good of a price as they use to be. I did also recieve the $1000 rebate and 2 $500. Bonus'es. If i added the late tonneau cover delivery and cost ($508 ) on my 2001, I would have paid more for my Job 1 2001.

2001 ST $ 25,410 / $ 23,072 / $ 2,338 / $ 0 / $ 23,072



2007 ST $ 26,806 / $ 25,337 / $ 1,468 / $2000 / $ 23,337

I don't think it's practical to compare X-Plan prices from 2001 vs 2007.

Why do you not think so ? In 2000 when I ordered my 2001 I recieved a 9.3% discount for X-plan/invoice. In 2006 I recieve a 5.5% discount for the same plan.The A-plan price has not changed.

Simple, Ford may have changed the X-Plan pricing for the 2007 models, but not the A-plan. The other reason is that Ford may not have changed the prices and the dealer is giving you the wrong price.

The A-plan price has not changed.

X-Plan is based off the A-Plan price. Since you havent posted the A-Plan price, how do you know what the A-Plan price it?
