Whats up with the exhaust manifold studs and exhaust ports ??. also the motor is april, the tag says Aug........ Looks suspicious to me..

Built in April, inspected in August? Seems fine to me

What about the black in the exhaust ports, and the marks on the exhaust studs ??

does ford dyno them before shipping? maybe it was run on a shop dyno somewhere.
