The person that makes our clothes is also in GA, I wonder if they are selling the old style they had.. All I know is we own the rights to this stuff, I wonder if we can say any thing to the seller...

That's why I posted up Todd. I wasn't sure if the seller was allowed to use the website name. If it is the person that makes them shouldn't he have permission to sell them privately?

Just my 2cents, but why is it any different than selling Disney stuff or Star Wars toys? Of course, I'm no lawyer, but I play one on TV.
