I pulled the factory stereo unit out of my 2007 XLT to put in a new unit with bluetooth & backup camera - free if someone wants it, would just ask that you pay for the shipping cost!

I put in the Boss BV765 with bluetooth and backup camera. Highly recommend going through Crutchfield, as they will do all the harness wiring for you for a few extra bucks. Pulling out the old one was easy; wiring the new one took a little work, but it can definitely be a DIY thing!

I agree with tonycotto. I replaced the stock unit with a Pioneer high end unit from Crutchfield. It has blue tooth, Apple CarPlay (wired but new ones have wireless now)/Android Auto, USB, CD, I think DVD, XMSirius sat radio, HD radio, Aux support, Apple or Google maps. Much better sound and more modern look.
