Doing some spring cleaning. I touched up the calipers with some fresh paint. I usually repaint every two years. Can't believe the Trac is going to be 7 years old this May.

What brand/type paint do you use. What is the color called...just orange? Do you spray it on or brush it on? calipers on or off the ST?

Looks sharp...just like the rest of the ST.

'07 ST

07, thanks. I spray it on. I removed the calipers and hang them on a coat hanger. The very first time I did it I was pretty fussy, not too much now. I'm hate to say it but it's Dupli-Color's Engine enamel in Chevy red/orange color. It's the only one that matched the ST perfectly. One of these days, when I need new calipers, I will prep them a little better, like sand blasting so the paint will stick better. Whatever plating is on the calipers, it doesn't like to be painted, as it chips off easily.

KL, I know. The old digital camera I had sucked, the color is really red like the pictured SuperChargedSVT posted. Alot of the old pictures of my Show Truck looke reddish/ orange too, sucks. My iPhone takes better pictures then that digital camera did. :haveabeer:
