I have a new set of front rotor/hub combo for a 2001 4X2 for sale. Never installed .. sold truck before installation. They are US made aftermarket. $50 + shipping

If by "17's" you are referring to the wheel size, there should be no problem with the fit of the rotors. I have never heard of the Sport Trac coming equipped with stock 17's either. Please inform.
