front wheel torque specs

Wondering if anyone new right off hand what the torque specs are on the front wheel bearing nuts (or spindle nuts or whatever you want to call them) on an 01 4x2 ST.

Ford manual....Rotate rotor and tighten to 17-24 ibft'. Loosen nut 170 degrees. retighten to 17ibin". instsall retaianer and cotter key.
