Hey , For a few weeks I had no power to my drivers side lock and had to open it with the key, and lock it also, manually. Now for some reson that has resolved itself and the passenger side door lock will not unlock at all even with the key...I got nothing at all and cant open the door...I tried to " reset" it by enetering the code a few times but to no avail...Its been quite wet here the past few weeks, could that have an impact....2004 with 70k...thank you!!

La Rue advised against me using any graphite based lubricant on modern locks, including the ST. (Lock Ease)

I don't have an explanation. Believe he is more qualified than most, regarding lock lubricants.

Probably wouldn't be a bad idea to consult him before using it.

Lock-eze is "ok" stuff, the graphite ratio is small. I have used it before, don't care for it, but have used it... should be ok.. just not toooo much....
