FTC gets my vote.
The Nissan doesn't appeal to me visually, nor does the Kasan. The Kasan is worse IMO as it is like riding in a bubble. Part of private transit is that it has a sense of privacy. If I wanted to be fully on display, I'd take the bus.
Also, the Kasan's main virtue in the article is that it is "wheelchair accessible", while the other 2 rides aren't. That's a really low trick, playing the sympathy card. Handicap access is a moot point as the Crown Victoria, what is currently being replaced, is not handicap accessible anyhow.
(And, of course, the FTC could be adapted, should there be demand)
