if anyone is looking for the fx4 style rims they are on ebay. i don't know who the person is but when I was looking people were also asking so here they are

She must have changed it because it now says "female owned (4) Ford Explorer Sport Trac tires". BTW, those are not FX4 rims.

Depends which FX4. What we think of as the "real" FX4 rims are the 15x7 Alcoas. The rims on eBay there are the 16x7's.
Quickie FX4 primer:
The Ranger FX4 came out in 2002. Got you Bilstien shocks, an additional front skidplate, Alcoa rims with 31x10.50 BFG A/T's, and a Torsen rear diff, plus some other minor goodies.
From 1998 thru 2002 there was also a Ranger "Off-Road Package". I used to have one, an '02.
The equipment varied by year, basically you got heavier shocks, 16" rims, fuel tank and t-case skidplates, foglights, and decals. Not as good as an FX4, but not bad.
In 2003 and up, Ford changed the labeling a bit, so....
A 2002 FX4 = 2003+ FX4 Level II
A 98-02 Off-Road = 2003+ FX4

I have a 2002 Ranger FX4 and it came factory equipped with the Alcoa forged wheels. I never really liked the styling of the wheels but they are functional. My truck is for sale, by the way. 44,000 miles, excellent cond. 5-speed manual trans. Line-X, K&N CAI, Tekstyle tonneau cover. $11,000 obo. Need to make room for a new Sport Trac!
