Would I have to remove this when I get the Trac PA inspected? I display the K&N carb placard in front of the filter for this purpose. Or, would this be exempted in any way?
 
Adam, I am not getting a cert on it, BUT all I do here is simply remove the tube from the fender elbow to the MAF and simply clamp the air filter to the Maf adaptor... then it is exactly like the K&N...



and I beleive they cant fail you for having a rubber elbow in your fender...

I like how these say 25 HP gain!! Yeah right....BS! The volant says 40ftlbs gain!! In there buttometer maybe!!
