I am told by several Ranger owners that our trucks are pretty much the same if you remove the body (I have no idea, never owned a Ranger) so this kit should be what we need to have a TRUE suspension lift and not just the relocation brackets that superlift offers.

The front stuff would probably work, but not the rear. The Ranger uses an leaf-over-axle set-up, while the ST uses a axle-over-leaf style set-up.
 
The rear wouldn't be a big deal to modify to make it level. Probably just do a spring over axle conversion and you could use the Bilsteins for the rear. The only problem I see is the cost...you'll end up with a $3500 bill if you have it installed at a shop. Either deep pockets will work or I hope you have friends with a lift and good welding skills!!
