Gen 2 park aid-- 2007 limited 4.0l

Has anyone replaced their park aid sensors in the rear bumper?? The two outside ones appear easy to access the two middle ones appear to be blocked by the trailer hitch. Any removal hints?? Are Amazon replacement a good choice??
