Gen II defect with acceleration

Probably just another money-hungry lawyer trying to capitalize on the confusion and misunderstanding of how throttle-by-wire systems work. In the end, these cases have always boiled down to operator error and or floormat interference problems. the manufacturers have been fighting this stuff for several years.

Someday down the road someyears. I would like to see a comparision. Between TBW & TBC. Breakdowns, problems and repair cost. IMO, TBC will win....

The only acceleration I have ever noticed in my Fords has been purely intentional and I have enjoyed it immensely. :driving:
