All Over the East Coast,
Just finished up an outline for Property Law. Need to sleep. Tomorrow I drive back to the alma mater to see something that lacked in my four years: a football game that has more hype than the Rex Sox in 2005, more coverage than an Oprah Winfrey teddy, and more people in one place than a two foot hole in the fence along the Rio Grande.

Paternoville awaits the opening of the gates [It is now over 150 tents]:

Even the old man himself stopped by [Look to the right of the E in 'State']:

It's believed that tomorrow's crowd will break the attendance record, set again Nebraska when I was a sophomore, of a little more than 110,000 rowdies.

Hail to the Lion! and Fight on State!

Umm, no, I don't think that's accurate--at least not outside of those two states. Last year, the Red Sox were a national story, that few-if-any people didn't hear about, regardless of whether they are sports fans or not. But in this part of the country (and I highly suspect most others), unless they come to this site and read this post, almost no one's heard anything about it.

All due repect to Joe Paterno, one of the most respect and outstanding college football coachs for many years, but the Buckeyes are going to whip some kitty tail today! :D

Well the Buckeys's blew it! That interception and runback to the 1 yardline and setup Penn State's winning touchdown. Then Smith's fumble with about 1:20 left in the game, killed Ohio States drive and iced the game.

Penn State had no turnovers and Ohio State had 2, and that's all it takes when two teams are so evenly matched. The loser is the one who makes the most mistakes.

Overall it was a very good game defensively for both teams, and both teams had several good drives and showed their offensive muscles, so there was enough action on both sides of the ball to keep it interesting.

Good luck Penn State, you are off to a great start this season!
