So, its constitutional in your mind? Before the election, is was unconscionable to liberals. Or did you just hate Bush so much that "unconstitutional" was cried every time something was against your beliefs? It happens on both sides.

What about all the things liberals cried about Bush doing that were "unconstitutional"? But I guess its not quite the same now that it continues under the new beloved leader?
I still think government bailouts are unconstitutional. I'm not saying its party-related, both have done it.
I think government mandated purchases are unconstitutional. You may feel differently.
How has your life improved by the election of Obama? So many people defend him so vehemently, but can't provide a tangible improvement in their life. Are government programs somehow helping you? Has the political climate improved in Washington as promised? Why defend a guy who has obviously been a failure? Or do you still have "hope" for "change"? That's not something I can believe in.
