I took my 04 Sport Trac to the Ford dealer for a few issues one being that the passenger side front door glass would pop out of the track once in a while.
They called me yesterday and said the door had been previously worked on and done poorly, i explained to them that I am the only one that has driven it since taking delivery except when it was in the body shop [rear ended] they said they would talk to a manager but it could cost $100 to fix.
They called this am and said it was ready NO CHARGE
Baffeling how it happened but great service
