Things are a bit cool here and we had terrible rain the past couple of days, but today was beautiful. This is the view from where I am working.

Nelson, it is a beautiful country. I have been to Stavanger and Narvick several times and love the scenery up there.



I don't envy you with the weather though, I left Panama City Panama this morning -- even though it rains every afternoon, there is nothing like sitting around the pool in November and the scenery around the pool was quite nice :wub:

Yes, of course Panama would be nicer, but I make the best of where I am sent. I took this photo just before going home for the day. There are two huge windows in the office I am using, and this the the view out of the south window.



My job allows me to do two of the things I like best, traveling and taking photographs...and of course, I love computers and it is really cool to be a webmaster as my primary duty. Basically, I am being paid to do my hobbies.

Brings back memories- my folks lived in Haugesund in 85-89, Dad worked for Phillips Petroleum. I visited for Xmas and fell in love with a Nordic princess I met while shopping in Stavanger. We somehow overcame the language barrier, but med school called me back...... Its a beautiful country- you are fortunate.
