Had new plugs, wires and boots put on my wife's 2008 4.0 last week. It has 140k on it. Had fuel filter replaced the week before.
She says it runs better, starts better.
Am now considering having MY 2008 Adrenalin with the 4.6 "tuned up". I had the fuel filter in it replaced the same day I had hers done.
ALL parts were MOTORCRAFT.
P.S. I talked to the tech yesterday, and he said ALL of the replaced parts were "original", and the plugs were tough to get out. But that the plugs were pretty well done !!!
