My little three year old neighbor (and her mom) just brought me a good, old-fashioned May basket. I haven't seen those for years. When I was a kid, all the children of the neighborhood would deliver mini May baskets to each other's homes. They'd be made of cupcake baking liners and ribbon and filled with jelly beans and other treats. Today, I scored Hershey's Kisses and Werther's Originals. :grin:
Later is a family cookout with steaks, burgers, bison brats, fried potatoes, and whatever else people want to bring. I'm bringing the Mexican Coca Cola and some sirloins. :supercool:
