Head rest removle

can someone tell me how to get the headrest out of front seats of a 03 sport trac my e-mail is [email protected] thanks

Not that simple on mine. thay will only come up so high and thay lock any more great idea, i had tried this many times befor asking for help. thanks

Look where the H/R posts go into the seatback. Is there a little hole next to each of the posts? If so, you'll need 2 paperclips and a helper. Bend back one end of the clips. Insert both clips into the holes and press down firmly. This will unlock the adjuster and allow for your helper to lift out the H/R. Give it a try, others here have done it. Good luck, Bob
