Heated seat does not work

I have a 2005 Sport Trac XLT Premium that I have had since new. The problem is that my drivers side heat on my heated seats does not work (pass side does). The light does turn on when I push the button to turn on the seat. Anybody know what is happening here and how to fix this? :toilet:

If the switch lights up then you either have a bad switch or bad elements. If you are electrically inclined and can read/have a volt/ohm meter I can send you the diagnostics. Not real complicated.
