Heater Valve Help

Leaks coolant from a c condensation port in firewall and overheats (2002). Is this heater valve? Can I replace? If not what/who can fix without rape or wallet? What else can it be? 80k miles, maintenance up to date. thanks in advance for help

Most likley the heater core is the leaking, culprit, if coolant is runniout the drain...
