help from any members in pompano beach, fla.

i am looking at a 94 probe gt at a dealership in the pompano beach area. it was listed on e-bay twice and i was the highest bidder, just shy of the reserve. the car appears to be in very good condition, but i am a little anal at times and look for perfection. i know its not a show car, but i want to get another opinion. it is white, pretty much loaded and has 65k on it. it is at a dealer:

4669 n. dixie hwy.

pompano beach, fl 33064 ( located between I-95 and route 1 near ne 48th st.



i would greatly appreciate if anyone out there wouldn't mind taking a quick look at it.

The Probe GT is powered by a 2.5L Mazda engine. I do not know much about those engines, but what I have seen has been very positive.



If I were in that area, I would not think twice about checking it out for you Gary.



You might want to join a Probe owners mailing list and ask for help there.



When I was in the market for an Escort GT some years back, I was able to have some members of that list to check the cars out. Talk about a life saver...



How many miles on that Probe?

Not able to go at the moment.... happen to be in the pacific ocean, but my son had one, same year. Owned by an older gentleman. I detect a note of sarcasm in Todd's post, but it was a fun little car to drive as a second vehicle, and my son really enjoyed it until he fell asleep at the wheel on I-10 at 5 am.



If the price was right, I would buy another.... sorry I can't help you out at the moment though.

thanks-much appreciated. we liked the style and 6cyl. option and almost purchased one in 95, but it never happend. to answer your ?, 65k on the odo.

btw, my wife loved her 99 ZX2 and i have had escort's in my fleet in the day and i must admit they held up well.



researching eveywhere but can't find the HP rating on the 94 Probe GT?
